Cheesesteak is good. But when ordering from Postmates they always forget to give the drivers the drinks! As if the drivers can... reach over the counter to get it. It?s the merchants responsibility to ensure they?re reading the order before handing the itemsto be delivered. I have pretty low expectations for mall food and these guys had to start shoveling to get so low... There were only a couple of... people ahead of us and we ended up waiting 30 mins for 2 cheese steaks and some fries. We ended up getting cheese steaks withmultiple ingredients missing on both sandwiches. The veggie sandwich is supposed to come with some veggies and three types ofcheese, mine only had some shredded cheese, veggies were missing and what was there was raw and crunchy... Raw and crunchy bellpeppers and onions covered in shredded cheese. What a sandwich lol My partner's bacon cheese steak was missing some veggies andthe bacon was pathetic. Again, I don't expect real quality from a mall restaurant but I expect to get what I ordered, especiallywhen I'm waiting that long. Tried the old school today, which turned out to be pretty good. I hope they keep it on the menu.

They?re soda syrups are off. Returned a coke because with didn?t taste right. Swapped it out with a root beer and still didn?t... taste right. Some places decrease the syrup lines to save money on cost. I believe this is what they are doing here. Read more

The food is always good and fresh here, but today the cook took a dollar bill from me, while wearing his cooking gloves. He... never replaced his gloves and proceeded to cook my sandwich. Please teach your cook to change gloves if he?s going to collectmoney. Read more

I get that just making a real cheese steak will have a limited appeal, but when you call it a Philly Cheese Steak it shouldn't... have mayo, lettuce, pickle and I think tomato's on it. Thankfully the cashier asked me if I wanted mayo, lettuce, pickles,tomato's etc... I want a Philly cheese steak, no one should be asking me if I want a pickle on it. "Can I put a pickle on yourmilk shake" "Can I put mayo on your pizza" "Can I put lettuce on your nachos" "Can I put a tomato on your candy bar" "No,why are you even asking me?"
