Usually by quarts from here lately, even though I get cheated often with lightly packed or hollowish center (didn't even know... this could be done in a tub compared to soft serve). Staff are always 100% nice and patient however, and that means a lotnowadays imo when everyone's kind of in a tizzy or rush. Today however marked a really nice and interesting experience for me,where the employee mentioned after packing it down very well, that he will check it on the scale... something I never saw the10+ different times I came here... He said he wanted to make sure he packed enough ice cream properly, and when I got home,there was certainly nicely, densely packed ice cream to enjoy this Friday night and weekend! Will pay more attention to this.Normally prefer not to stare down employees while they pack down ice cream, but after realizing about the scale, I'll make sureto ask for future visits (and compare at home). Ice cream is as expected for the chain, but the store was enforcing a customer limit in the store presumably due to social... distancing issues. They were rather rude about chasing out customers who missed the sign, which reflects what was described bythe other reviewers of this location as well. It's understandable that there needs to be social distancing, but they could atleast be a little more polite. Read more

I ordered online a specific ice cream cake to be picked up, turns out it's very different. Color was off. The servers can't... clearly tell, whether my online order pre-packed was a Quart or a Pint. I don't know if their online program was bad, or theirserver was just skipping things. Disappointed, considering how they are actually pretty good for their other in-store services. Read more
