I went at 7:05 pm, and the clerk said they closed at 7pm. Google says they close at 9pm daily. Lights are still on and drinks... are still running, but no pretzels. Read more

I normally would never complain about this place but seeing the face of a disappointed child makes it much easier to complain.... My niece has food allergies, particularly allergic to butter. At Serramonte, the crew there were willing to make us a plainpretzel with no butter with salt. This team members on this day, not so much. And their excuse you ask? According to the younglady, " We are closing in an hour so we can't make you anything." Not a good excuse.
