Horrible place to eat. The agua frescas were bad and in dirty containers. I took a sip to see if it actually was bad and it... tasted awful. Then we decided on getting soda which ended up being flat which leads me to believe none of the drinks are changedout or cleaned like they need to be. The sandwiches were hard and did not taste good. Ended up leaving us feeling sick. Icalled the next day to talk to the manager he told me to call later. I call later and the SAME guy ended up being the managerand didn't want to talk to me earlier. He denied the food being bad even though the food literally was hard and old. The veggieslooked old and not fresh. Absolute shame they refused to give a refund for something we ended up getting sick from and hadhardly eaten. Will be reporting to health department. Read more
I've come here several times probably weekly at this point.owner is friendly, remembers me and my kids and what we usually order... Wich is nice.the girls seem friendly.ive ordered with them and have never received an attitude.we actually grabbed a table andate here yesterday.it was clean.my only complaint is most of the time there isn't ice in the ice machine and the sodas areflat.the cookies however are better than McDonald's and Carl's jr.my kids love them. Yesterday (Jan. 6th) my pregnant wife was craving some subway so we searched up which one we were closest too at the time, we... checked what time they close so we wouldn't show up to a closed location... when we entered it was 9:38pm and saw a ladyleaning on the counter on her phone, she told us "we're going to be closing soon so we can't help you" and proceeded to go backon her phone. I asked "what" because sometimes it is hard to hear through these Covid masks, so she said it again this time withattitude and said "leave" Now I would understand if they had all the condiments put away but everything was out with 22 mins tospare, but I feel like she just wasn't trying to work and close early as possible... didnt get the girls names but it was horrible customer service. i placed an online order before work so i can just pass to get... it but they didnt even have it ready. had a bunch of stacked tickets and were just in the back on their phone. they couldnt evenread the order right so i had to correct them. awful, ive worked fast food and ive never been this way to customers. i dont evercomplain but this fr upset me.
