Back a year after last review it was a 1?? review too. This time the host who described herself as Christina but the receipt... said Rachel, she had no name tag. She was very rude and dismissive not polite at all. Got mad because we wanted fries instead ofmacaroni and cheese. I asked for condiments and she placed them on an unclean counter instead of placing them in the bag orhanding them to me. She removed the chicken she 1st put in the box and replaced it with uncooked pieces. Not going back inthough and I'm afraid to eat the red beans and rice. I'm not sure why this Popeyes is so bad. Food poisoning. Over all pretty disappointing experience. I love popeyes chicken, but i have yet to have a good experience at... this location that isnt at least tinged with some level of regret. The bathrooms were locked, and when i asked for entrance iwas denied until i got an employee to open one for me while they used the other. The toilet seat was covered in pee. I heardthrough the wall the employee leave the other restroom without washing their hands after flushing. The three peice tender meal iordered was only 2 and a half peices. The amount of side order was the smallest ive yet to see. There is no soda water on tap,and the still water had a brown tint to it. Once home, about 2 hours after eating, i got violently sick from both ends, andspent the rest of the night hugging toilets and trashcans. There was a general attitude of "get out" from the staff, which ishould have heeded as a warning rather than a paranoia. It must be a hard location to work. Staff act like your putting them out. Made us wait 5 min. Before addressing us. Do not waste your time at this location. Asked... for an 8 piece was told it "had to be mixed and there's no special orders" what's so special about an 8 piece. Well not go backto this location. Read more

Good chicken sandwich but didn't like the fries all that much. Apple pies were to die for. I'll be back just to try other items... out. Made my daughter happy and she enjoyed everything she ordered. That's rare! Read more

New update 5/4/2022 I made a mistake about getting an order, an Uber Eats order from this Popeyes again, and just like the first... time nothing is ready. I'm going to have to wait 20 minutes to get this ready. Never again. Don't come to thisPopeyes. Attention attention attention Attention all gig delivery drivers stay away from this location, they lock the door andthey have you go to the drive-through and it takes a long time to pick up your orders. I usually have a little patience forfast food restaurant because I work for one in addition to being a delivery driver for the gig platforms but this joint's reallymaking me mad that it took them so long to have one simple order ready. This is by far the worst pop eyes establishment I have ever been too. The manager Ben should be fired immediately, if how he... treated me tonight is a reflection of how he treats any other customer the company as a whole is about to loose a lot morecustomers. Me nor anyone in my household will be eating Popeyes again. That's how disrespected I was. To the owner of thisfranchise; mam/sir, I have been coming to this Popeyes for nearly 10 years and by no means have you or the previous owners (ifany) ever hired a winning staff to say the least and to say the most.... your staff has always been outshined by every otherfast food chain along Redlands Blvd here and I say all that to say, you have the worst staff I have encountered in the past 8 orso years of patronage to your establishment. 8.22.21 @1:30pm - Ordered spicy dark chicken only and later added regular beans and rice.  Quite expensive and should've... ordered 8pc combo for same price and received a large side instead of regular.  Plus we did not receive all dark chicken asrequested.  For the price, we should've received what we asked for.  Nevertheless, the dark chicken was delicious and exactlywhat we wanted.  Too bad the white meat was picked over.  A waste and disappointment.
