Today Mcdonalds failed o fulfill the normal expectations. I ordered 2 vanilla cones at store #37314 and it took from 2:29pm to... 2:58pm to get my cones. Additionally, the attendants closed the counter and ordering for walk-ins would have to be through theself service screens in the restaurant, during those 30 minutes approximately 20 customers that may not have been used to orderthrough the digital mode walked out. This McDonald's is always fast. I like their service and their ice cream machine has always been working and they makes frappes... quickly. Even ordering online is fast. Update The staff here are amazing and so friendly. The service in drive thru is fast andreliable. I missed breakfast by a couple of minutes and my pregnant self was so sad but the older Hispanic lady working thecashier was the best! She noticed I was pregnant and surprised me with a sausage mcgriddle when I got my order. She made my dayand satisfied my craving. Wish I would have gotten her name but I didn't. The lobby is still close, long wait time to get order. Went on a Saturday and they probably had like 4 or 5 total workers. They... know weekends are the busiest and should have more workers on hand. Other than that I would had given it a four star Read more
Horrible ! First I wasn?t able to get my mobile order , so I canceled and went through the drive thru and asked politely for it... to be fresh . Not give me what had been sitting there for half an hr already . I finally got my order and the fries were burnt .Some nuggets were burnt . One nugget didn?t even look like a nugget . And my chicken sandwich is rubbery ! I can?t even bite it. Not cooked right at all. Very dissatisfied and disappointed ????. I would like my money back Please ! And I don?t even have aride right now to go back and get this problem resolved . I?m so irritated ???? Waiting in drive through first in line 20 minutes i waited before I could place my order .when I got to the window it was 10... more minutes. All they were doing was paper work it must have been shift change when I got my food I was leaving and the linewas 15 cars in line. Read more
