Just went through the drive-thru, thinking it would be a quick lunch. I was told to park out front near a couple of other... vehicles which tons of flies had decided to stop on. I don't think the workers realized there were other vehicles parked outfront either. I waited for quite some time for a fast food restaurant only to discover the fries were cold and the burgers weremediocre. I didn't expect much and that's what I got. Read more
Horrible service. I went earlier today I placed my order at 3:24 about and ended up waiting 30+ minutes just for a mocha frappe,... unsweetened tea a McFlurry and a large set of fries. I had to go up to the cashier and wait for the guy to come who wasn?t eventhere. And asked him if he was done with the order because it?s not like I placed a huge order. They?re all over the place. Theydon?t know how to properly run that place. It?s called a fast food place for a reason if I wanted to wait 30+ minutes just forwhat I ordered I would?ve just ordered DoorDash. Some girl was even on her phone for a solid minute. No wonder why they takeforever cause they?re on their phone. I don?t think any kind of introduction is required for McDonald?s. It?s a classic, long-running fast-food chain known for its... burgers, fries, and shakes. We visited this place twice. Each time we ordered food through drive-thru. Their food is like otherMcDonald?s places and it?s average. The price is affordable. Their overall service is okay. Asked for a iced coffee with light ice because I already know they fill up the whole cup with ice. And hardly get coffee then... when I received the iced coffee it was all ice. I told them and they took the cup took out the ice and added water to my cup.And when I asked for help in the beginning everyone ignored me. Terrible customer service. Worst personal working there. I am truck driver and I requested to use restroom every personal there but they do not have any... humanity. I explained them my situation that I have to hit the Freeway and going to long route but they still refused evensomeone just used the restroom while I was there. Very disappointed with this place. I get to the window and it's a dark skin lady with glasses it seemed like she was the... manager. Well I get there and when I was going to show her the code she seems annoyed by it gave the worst attitude didn't evensay thank you. Once I'm at the next window it's a tall guy giving me the order and he seemed to be bugged cuz I ask for sauceand on top I got no napkins. I ordered the sausage biscuit with egg and it was actually very good. I stopped ordering them because they have just been gross... so this was a pleasant surprise. The gentleman working behind the counter didn't want to take my order but wanted me to use thescreen. I don't like those and don't want to use them. One, too many hands on them and two, too easy to put skimmers on. Hedid finally take my order and it was fine. There was a lady there mopping the floor (it was raining pretty hard) and as fast asshe could mop, more people came in and muddied up the floor but she kept going. The atmosphere got a two, because of the peoplebegging outside the door. This is not a McDonalds issue but a city issue. I don't want to feel threatened when I just wantbreakfast.
