McDonald's food is great like always but I recently went to this location of McDonald's and the manager their treat the... employees bad and all of the employees look miserable and they don't have a smile on their face, the manager mess up on theorder and forgot to put the sauces I asked in the bag, bad service here and feel bad for the employees. I have been to otherMcDonald's locations that always have a smile on their face and great service. Hope the CEO or someone of the top boss ofMcDonald's fix this situation of this McDonald's location. been to this location twice in the last 2 months because it?s close, but won?t ever go again. i would rather go to a location I... know won?t have a horrible attitude with me then go to one that does. the girl with glasses at the drive thru was rude as hell,and clearly shouldn?t be working in customer service. the management probably not any better since everyone has a horribleattitude, EVERYONE! i work in the fast food industry as well, so I know that it can be hard but damn. worst drive thruexperience, and no manners at all. save yourself the time and frustration and not go here. they don?t deserve the business atall. I always like the taste. Once in a while I crave it so I don't mind the high price. Customer service has been good so far ; they... need more employees in the morning. This has to be the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever seen. The service is horrible. Waited 35 minutes to order without any... acknowledgment finally had to ask for a manager. Nobody was working in the front counter taking orders they were only doingphone orders. I was told by the store manager if I wanted to order I had to order through the phone app. Guy in front of mewaited 40 minutes for a coffee. Would never come back to this one ever again. store manager has no control over her employees. Read more
went through drive thru to pick up some lunch and when i get handed my bag i look inside and and my burger is warpped half out... the wrapper. evidently this is a task too difficult for some. Spent my whole lunch waiting for 4 mcmuffins. I'm usually pretty patient but about 4 people ordered after we got there and... received their food well before us. We made an online order and said we arrived the moment we could and about 25 minutes laterwe barely heard them calling for our order. We kept seeing people order on the machine or at the register get their food beforeus. It was frustrating that we even had to use personal time to cover being late from lunch. Read more
