I ordered a large coffee and 3 hash browns. My total for my 4 items was $9.96, my coffee was small, and was charged as regular... coffee, but I usually don't place a bad review for this. Us non-smokers, that never smoked...get sick to the stomach withcigarettes scent, worse with flavored ones...and at least I could identify bad scents quikly. All my Creamers (half and halfs),coffee and little bags holding hash browns, stick like cigarettes ???? ???? it messed up my stomach could eat my food...and mycoffee was sooo watered down...I basically paid for water. ???? oh and I almost forgot, even with hand sanitizer the scent wouldnot leave my sight/car area. ???? This is the most disgusting place again I tried to eat there since it is so close and the employees opened the bathroom door on... me accused me of smoking ???? in the restroom after I just spent $12.57 on a jumbo jack with cheese meal and some mini chirrosit was the same excuse my way of describing her chunky short lady that wears a red shirt and has very poor work presence for afood industry job she looks like she just rolled out of bed still and her hair is a mess.it was around 7 pm on Friday the 23rdand she was so disrespectful it was pitiful. I hope she seriously gets fired. She thinks that her weight intimated me because Iam thinner then her. Sad part is that I am 6 months pregnant and she treated me that way. And the restaurant still smells like apotter potty. It is always dirty inside when you go to dine in. Who ever the night manager is need to be a manager and step upand Manger their employees a little better. It is a shame that they still have not fired the.whole night crew and start overbecause the same people still working is why they have a problem with their service reviews they are horrible the day crew forthe most part are awesome. The best Jack in the Box around the area. I would mumble, incoherent nonsense, and be like, "uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh can I get... uhhhhh" at 3AM. And they still manage to take my order as I'm sleep deprived, craving a munchie meal and a shake. Read more
We went through the drive thru. And expected our food would be hot. But it wasn't. And we waited much longer than expected. No... plastic ware. No napkins. No straws for our drinks. I gave them 3 stars. Witch was a lil to much. Don't think we will be goingback. Sorry Jack in the crack. Read more
