We placed an order at 4:50pm for a 5:15pm pick-up. This is Dickeys near Cal State San Bernardino. I'm there at 5:25pm, wait 5... min in line, and when at the window, told another 15 to 20 minutes. Told them just to cancel and the girl behind the registersaid they can't. I told them again to cancel. The manager then spoke up and said internet orders can't be cancelled and Iwould have to wait. Hmmm... I told him, I paid you to have a meal ready for pick up at 5:15pm. The internet order confirned myorder ready for pick up at 5:15pm. Nothing about a delay. He explained he is 30 to 45 mins behind. I told him to once againcancel it. He said he'll have it ready in 5m. It's now 5:35pm. I wait and 5 mins go by. Then 10 mins, and finally 13 mins myfood is ready. It's now 5:49 pm. I'm handed my food with out an apology for the delay. Read more

Prices are really much higher than they were,also higher than other dickeys food places,coupons,or come down on ptices,other... food places close are much less,otherwise,they are great. Read more

It's a nice restaurant, but we didn't get our total meals so we had to go back to get the restaurant, that took just as long as... it took when we were ordering our food. Read more

If i could I'd give zero stars. Ordered through Door Dash. Ribs were old tasting and very dry. Ordered sliced brisket and it was... pulled pork and it was nasty. Extremely small sides. Read more

Ordered a pound of burnt ends, they ended up serving me a pound worth of shredded fat that I wouldn't even feed to my dogs.... Thank the lord i got my refund back from doordash but honestly, if they dont have burnt ends then they should either just takeit off the menu or let the customer know because giving them the cut scraps is WRONG. We ordered our food in store to eat out. No cups of BBQ sauce included with our brisket plates, beans tensilthick and very dry... like they were on the heat all day. Cornbread muffin dry and stale. Simple order took forever. Had to come back because they gave me coleslaw instead of Mac n cheese. Then I had to come back again... to get BBQ sauce that wasn't in my sandwich or on the side. $22 for a turkey sandwich fries Mac n cheese & soda. Went here for some lunch with friends while in town and let me tell you this is the real Dickey's BBQ experience. I have only... one in Miami and it is not even close in quality or what the offer so it was good to find one as I remembered here. Portion sizeand food quality is great. Kind staff. Free ice cream and bice and clean restaurant. If you like bbq and are in the areadefinitely stop by and grab a bite. Read more
