Came with family to enjoy an ice cream and thru the whole time my family and I felt uncomfortable... as the employee taking care of our order make us feel like she didn?t want to take our order and was rushing us to leave theplace. I was surprised that they didn?t have more of a variety of flavors. But I was surprised that they had so many toppings. One... customer ahead of me ordered ice cream and the young lady who worked there did some fancy handwork with a metal paddle. Sheplaced a slice of cake on top of the ball of ice cream then she started half chopping and half stirring the cake until itdisappeared into the ice cream. Then she scooped up the ice cream and mashed cake into a cup and added the toppings. My sixyear old niece ordered Oreo cookie ice cream with gummy bears, chocolate chips and marshmallows on top. Second time coming to this location in 2 weeks and they do not have half of the ingredients to make any of the signature ice... cream flavors. I asked for a certain size and they said they don't have enough ice cream to make it that size but they can makethe smallest size available and they do not have some of the ingredients to complete the flavor. The customer in front of mealso asked for 3 different flavors and they were out of all of them and the ingredients as well. Not sure what's going on withCold Stone Creamery or if it's just this location but I can't say I will be back any time soon. I'm disappointed as this was myfavorite ice cream place and left with the craving of it and had to take my business elsewhere once again.
