Pizza quality is improving we ordered 4 different kinds with stuffed cheese and they were delicious. The staff on the other... hand not so friendly especially a green hair young lady who was at the register seemed to hate her job and everything irritatedher. We sat near entrance and I observed Other employees they too were a bit annoyed at customers. Most lady are lacking energyand didn't seem motivated nor happy to assist! I did see a couple male employees walking around clearing up tables they were theonly friendly faces but I'm guessing that since they work in the back they don't have to deal with us customers Read more
Called ahead to confirm regarding the First Sunday of the month Autism special event and when arriving to location they stated... it was not something they do in their location. Place was clean however they kept forgetting to make the two orders of pizza wemade The person to check in and stamp adults with kids was no where to be found and every staff member was too busy on theircell phones to even attend there customers It was something our family looked forward to attend as an autistic home and theyextremely disappointed us over and over again Read more
Quite a few broken games, as is typical of places like this anymore. Bummed the photo things were all out of paper because... that's my daughter's favorite part. The employees were really nice though. The place was kept cleaner than most. Good experience Read more
I am very dissatisfied with this Chuck E. Cheese's manager Dana this evening. I ordered one medium pepperoni pizza with extra... cheese and one large cheese pizza with extra cheese. My total came out to $50 and some change. After waiting for about 15mins wewere notified our pizzas were ready. The cheese pizza looked very sad without extra cheese and had lots of big bubbles airbubbles. I was originally going to just take the pizzas and go cause I was tired but no, I paid $50 for 2 pizzas I should getwhat I paid for. The manager offered to remake the large cheese which I originally agreed to but as we were waiting for that tocook I was still holding my medium pizza and I thought now one pizza will be hot and one will be warm. So I went back to theregister and asked for a refund. Dana the manager comes out and refunds me for the large cheese pizza only. I said no I want arefund for both pizzas. She begins to argue with me and say there was only an issue with one of the pizzas. I told her I don'tcare I no longer want either and requested a refund for both pizzas again. She stares at me for a moment and then slams down thereceipt and begins to process my refund for the 2nd pizza. I do not appreciate this treatment as a customer. If the pizza wouldhave met the quality I paid for to begin with there would be no issues. It is completely ridiculous to ask somebody to pay $50for two pizzas that are not at satisfaction. Today was Lake?s day. We took her to Chuck E. Cheese to play till she got tired. First they gave us our soda cups, paper plates... and the little black disc that blinked to let us know when our pizza was done. Then the playing commended. We bought a card andLake scanned every game that she wanted to play. They had all sorts of games. One actually looked like a motorcycle but itlifted her up high in the air. The pizza was better quality than most of the name brand pizza companies who make longcommercials bragging about their extra cheesy crusts?..go figure. Great fun for the whole family , the service was great and they even cut and served the cake . Our table was decorated for the... birthday girl . There wasn't many people, but the line to order took way too long. If almost felt like everyone working was new (to be... expected). We ordered salads and they didn't bring forks, so we had to wait and hunt someone down for them. Half the soft drinksweren't working (no biggie for us). It was still fun, most of the games were on and working. My daughter had a blast for her 1sttime. I'm sure most of these issues are because of the reopening after quarantine.
