After today's visit we will never return After finishing up my drink i opened the cup to find a cockroach in my soda.

I?m not sure if the whole staff is new but there was definitely a lot of miscommunication with the crew. Every order got messed... up and they stopped taking orders after that to have a meeting i think. The line cook was GREAT he was on top of things andreally nice and understanding. The girl preparing the sandwiches had no clue what she was doing, i think she was either new orjust fed up with the day. To start off with this place there is a girl with braces who does not have good customer service very rude to me and my wife... when we showed up.Normally we love to come to Charley?s, while we were ordering she kept cutting us off and just had anattitude. I told her I didn?t want mushrooms on my sandwich because I am allergic to them. She never put no mushrooms and stillgave it to me. They were short staffed and I understand that, they asked me to give them a minute I said no problem, so I was standing right... near them so they could call me when they got a chance, I walked up when I could see them just talking looking at cell phone etcand they said we didn't know we should have called you up.
