This place is the worst. Everytime I try to give it another try....they disappoint once again. I go to the drive thru because I... want my food fast. They always ask me to park and wait for my food even though there is nobody behind me. Food should be freshif I have to wait in the parking lot. I love Carl's JR. Just not this one. Read more
Order: 488937567438 at 2:58pm on 06/10/22. Took 21 minutes to get my order. I told the clerk and he said it was coming. He said... they were cutting red onion yet I saw my food on the hot plates for 10 minutes before they decided to give it to me. I asked forranch with my jalapeno poppers and they didn't have any, so I had spicy poppers with no ranch. I got cold food overall. I satdown and started sweating. I told the clerk, while I had a sweaty face and head that it was hot in here and he said he didn'tknow how to fix the air. He was almost robotic. Didn't apologize for having me sit there sweating for no reason. He needs moretraining. Do you want good service and not be sweaty while you eat, then go somewhere else. Read more
This Carl's Jr always has the most friendly and upbeat employees. They work fast to get you your order. Food is always hot and... tasty. The only thing I don't like about this location Is that they never have any ranch :( Read more

My experience at this location was excellent. They were quick to help me, they understood well and appreciated everyone service... who walked to the Register. My food was hot and done the exact way I order. The table were cleaned and staff was on point . Theonly is the bathrooms. They just need to do a better job at cleaning it Read more
