Don't judge me but I go to Burger King for the tacos! Something about the way they fry them and the sauce they put on a is just... a nice change from say a Del Taco or Taco Bell or even Jack in the crack. If you like any of those tacos you will like Burgerking's Read more
The service was fine up until they made my fiancés hamburger wrong not once, not twice, not three times but a total of 5 times.... The preparer literally wiped the mayo out of the burger & added mustard instead of making another one. My fiancé was fed up &got his money back. It really upset him when the burger preparer started to argue with him over wiping the burger. Read more
2 orders of chicken fries, and not a single one was edible. They were hard as rocks. It was like they had been sitting all day.... Clearly the owner is cheap or lazy. If they can't run their store, then they can't afford to own it. They should sell it tosomeone more competent. Eat ANYWHERE else. Read more
I made an order today at the drive thru. I asked at the intercom what the specials were and how to get code off app for discount... in order to make my complete order. Employee wouldn?t answer my questions about app. Wouldn?t use the app for discount, startedscreaming and cussing at me over what I actually ordered when I told her it was wrong. She caused so much commotion, the managercame over and tried asking what the problem was and she started screaming and cussing at both of us that I stopped explaining myorder and issue with app. I sat at the drive thru window for 30mins exactly. While they fought ...I was thrown my foodincomplete. Half my order was missing. The code was used but the receipt doesn?t reflect any discount or proper order I placed.I wasn?t given the chance to rectify my order, they rushed me through the drive thru after waiting over hour in line, stilldidn?t get half the food I wanted or a drink?-my order was over 50.00$ and not even a sauce or her name. Disgusting. And as I?mtrying to pull out of the drive thru, homeless men started banging on my truck that I had to rush out !!!! Never again BurgerKing. Lost my business forever. i was the very last customer (they closed the drive-thru a half hour before the posted time), i ordered two double whoppers with... cheese. i received one double whopper and one impossible whopper. There's no excuse for screwing that up. Clearly they didn'tfeel like cooking anything else at that hour and they tossed in whatever they had lying around, and they knew they could getaway with it because they didn't provide a receipt and immediately closed down the moment i left. i should have gone to the onein Calimesa.
