I go to bakers a lot but today was not a good experience ..... I asked for onion on my taco burger needless to say there were... none... The meat on the taco burger tasted old and burnt like it was scooped from the bottom of the tray .... Usually the tacoburger comes with slice tomatoe mine had a few diced tomatoes ... I swore off Bakers after having an unpleasant experience at the location on Washington Ave in Colton. Then I decided to try the... location on Kendall Drive in San Berdo. Im so glad I did. The servers are much more mature. My food was exactly as I orderedit. This location has won my business back. Best night crew ever!! Read more
Not a fan of this Baker's anymore. Typically they are so slow, but today there wasn't a line... so I thought, great! When... handing me my hot coffee the lid popped off... the employee watched it pop off and still proceeded to hand it to me. I noticedthat the coffee amount was so much lower than normal. When I questioned her about it, her response was that is the normalamount. Um, I must be super lucky at all other locations bc it's ALWAYS full. Otherwise the fries were overcooked, soggy andtasted old. The shredded beef Quesadilla had almost no cheese. We were offered no condiments or a straw for our shakes... Iknow, businesses are now wanting you to ask for things. Overall... I'm disappointed and will not be returning to thislocation... due to prior visit quality too. Read more
Waited in the drive-through line while they dealt with a customer for 20 minutes instead of them asking the customer they were... helping to get out of the line so they can assist her inside and they can continue helping the other customers at thedrive-through line. When I called and spoke to the manager she was very rude and said there was no problem and the drive-throughline is moving just fine, but I clearly saw that there was A problem with the customer at the window for 20 minutes Then shehung up on me! This is the closest fast food restaurant to me so I?ve been here a good amount of times. About half the time my order is wrong.... Bakers has a favorite in Southern California for a long time. I know family and friends who travel to California on Vacation and... have to make a stop at Bakers! Love picking up the perfect meal here at my local Bakers Drive Thru!...nothing like a heartytasty Ground Beef Burrito with Cheese, Large Fries, a Cold Refreshing Large Coke and cant forget the Baker's Original Hot Sauce!
