Ordered 10 classic lemon pepper wings. Received 5 hot & 5 lemon pepper , called store & was told to bring the wrong wings in.... Got to store & had to wait 20 min for only 5 wings. This place needs better management/employees. Waiting on the phone forabout 20 min just to get someone to answer. I get to the restaurant & not a single customer inside. I called before I came to place my order several times for the reason my boyfriend only has a 30 minute break nobody answers so... I had to come place the order. I come in and there is a mess on tables and the floor like they haven?t cleaned up all day. I seea worker on his phone. I?m not one to complain but I give business so SB because it?s home. Ordered online, called the store to inform them I had gotten stuck in traffic to see if they could hold off on making fries. As... I stayed on the phone while it rang walked in with no one answering the phone still ringing while all employees ignoring thatthe phone is ringing. Ashley the manager had a horrible attitude didn't want to give me the corporate number which every managershould have on hand. the place was empty no one at the register ordering and yet still couldn't answer the phone. The staff there are very helpful and understanding. They listen to you when you want a specific order or want the wings made a... certain way. Every time my wife and I go there the wings are cooked to perfection. The staff is amazing and management is superhelpful!!! I would recommend this place to my friends and family as they always exceed your expectations every time!!!! Read more
There has not been at least one time the order comes out good fires tasted frozen to top it off I made sure please make sure... they are fresh also put if they can put extra seasoning cause they never do and they gave me plain fries, order thighs the mostdisappointing thing of my life. I called in for an order and was on hold for a while, the phone was never answered. I arrived placed my order the young man was ... polite, thankful. As I sit while I wait, I feel forced to listen to music that is non pleasing, some lyrics have bad words. Ican't believe these employees are allowed to play this kind of music. Twice have I had to endure such music. Sad our places ofbusiness are not worried how customers feel. My two stars one one for politeness, one for good food. I'll try a differentWingstop next time.
