Zio?s Off 281/1604. 8/25/2022 We had a wonderful dinner (Date Night) and the staff was soooo friendly! The manager, Louis,... seated us, brought us bread and took our drink order immediately. He saw his wait staff were busy so he stepped right in andhelped! Our server, Lorena (Lori), was the sweetest! Treated us like we were the only customers in there! Overall our meal was very good! Our server was decent and helpful but there were times she didn't pay close attention to what... was said. She was very nice, however. The salad croutons seemed a bit stale but the rest of the salad was fresh and crisp. Thefood came out hot and we haf an ample supply of bread which was very tasty. Read more

Fantastic Food, and Delicious Desserts. The portions are perfectly sized. Catherine was awesome as our server. Definitely will... be going back. ... I love this place. I never wanted to go here because it looked like a generic chain restaurant. But I was wrong. I wouldn't say... it's completely authentic Italian food. But it is very tasty and has a nice spin on different dishes. Their lasagna is the bestlasagna from a restaurant I've ever had. Pretty reasonably priced too. The ambiance is very lovely for a couple or family dinner. We were seated right away but waited a minimum of 15mins just to get... drink. We waited so long that we already knew what we wanted. My husband excuses himself to the bathroom and by the time he gotback mind you he was in there for quite some time. They had just taken our drink Orders. The service was poor however thequality of the food was delicious. I order Chicken Marsala in which the sauce tasted very authentic was smooth and sleek not tothink and watery. My husband and daughter order the lasgna. They advised it was hard on the edges but it was delicious to finisheating. My other daughter order the spicy chicken Alfredo and she said man was it spicy ???? she was not expecting that but sheloved it. We were celebrating my mother in law's birthday today while visiting. I have an intolerance to wheat and corn, and the waitress,... as well as the chef were very helpful in making sure I didn't have any of either in my food choices. The chef even brought thepackage of gluten free noodles out so I could see the ingredients, which is over the top. He said he understands the need toknow these things. It's always nice to have restaurants understand and help out however possible. Very satisfied! Read more

Zios servers are great very friendly and attentive. They offered a gluten free menu with several options. The food was to good... to try so we ate before we remembered pictures. I would definitely go back for the pasta and mushrooms. The gluten free breadwasn't really worth it sadly nice thought but way to hard. Read more
