I recently placed an order over the phone for lemon chicken and general tso chicken. The price for both entrees and an order of... rangoons seemed a little high to me and within 2 minutes decided I could get more food for less money elsewhere. I called backand cancelled my order and the gentleman who order was extremely rude and didn't even bother to hang up after his exclamatorystatements. An unfortunate experience and I won't be back . This a no-frills restaurant. For a reasonable price you will receive a sizable plate of protein and rice, a warmly hot soup, and... a sub-par egg roll. It's breaded chicken (sesame, lemon) has the characteristic mouth feel of Chinese fried chicken, meaningthey are following cannon recipes and doing a great job of keeping consistent. The mapo tofu is spicy and deep, and any noodledish is two steps above similar restaurants. The restaurant proudly displays an A rating from the health inspector, and theservice is simple. Yum Wok not only serves staple Chinese foods that are friendly to most people's palettes, it can also be astarting point to start enjoying more authentic and adventurous dishes. Read more

Best part of our meal was the steamed rice. Waste of $35 in my opinion. Chicken is very dry. Crab Rangoon almost taste floury.... Barely enough sauce. Would not order again. Plus food took over an hour to arrive. Not worth the wait or the money. Read more
