Best location in San Antonio! It?s always so clean here and the staff is BEYOND lovely. Always a great attitude & smiles all... around when we walk in. Food made to order, fries always hot. Called back a few times over slightly over cooked wings and themanager made it right every time. (I think they changed chicken manufacturers & hadn?t got the hang of the new chicken sizes) &the soda machines put out ?crispier? soda than the location I used to frequent (before this location opened up.) Now this is a story all about how a Wingstop on Blanco got flipped turned upside-down and I'd like take a minute just sit right... there and I'll tell about this witch that showed up in there. In Northeast SA, not born or raised, just happens to be where Ispend most of my days. We were chillin out, maxin out, relaxin all cool, watching some football from college schools when acouple of folks who were up to no good started making trouble in the neighborhood. They had to wait one extra minute and kidsgot scared when the witch started asking "is the manger here?" I whispered to the fam while the witch was near, "this lady isnuts, let's get out of here." If anything I can say this event is rare but I thought "nah, forget it, yo, fam let's just stare" We took off around 7 or 8 and we called out to the staff, "ay homies, y'all kept it real." We walked to my truck, we wereheaded home, to tell about the biggest witch in San Antonio. All jokes aside. This place was great. And yeah, that customer wasway out of line. Props to the staff. So store 1623 is good. My family comes here alot. Staff is great, food is tasty, game is always playing. However, tonight a ... Pepto Bismol pink wearing witch resembling the Mucinex booger came in, placed an order then ruined everyone's dinner. How didshe cast her spell of Appetite Loss you may ask? Well...let me tell you. She places her order, everyone is having a good time.The family in the corner were enjoying time and good food with their little kids and grandparents. A small group of teens aresitting in the middle of the room laughing and hanging out while my fiance's and his mom and I are having a great conversation,watching the game and talking about cars. Next thing we know the pink booger witch is up at the counter yelling at the staffthreatening and demanding their names and taking pictures of the manager and staff even after they told her to stop. Sheproceeded to have an explosive toddler style meltdown right in front of of everyone while trying to pick a fight with themanager. The teens at this point cheezed it and left while the two little kids with their family look like they're about to cry.You would think at this point she would pull her broomstick out of her keester and fly away but no. She waddles over to hertable, flops down then gets on the phone with Wingstop district and the rest of us are left listening to her loudly harass somepoor Wingstop employee. I have never seen a restaurant empty so fast. Trust me, nothing will put you off your dinner faster thana middle aged hag throwing a tantrum. We go to leave and I inform her she ruined dinner for two little kids and she respondswith "I don't give a sh!t". Well, if you want to lose weight get yourself a pink booger witch, I guarantee you won't suffer anexcessive appetite anymore. I didn't want to lose weight. I ordered for delivery. Delivery was timely and food was fine. However, they shorted me the fries that were supposed to be... included. I tried to contact them to it fixed. Impossible to reach a human. So sent texts and emails. No response of anykind from the store or the company. I knew I was getting chicken wings, but I didn 't expect they would give me the "bird" aswell. Read more
