Visited late last night and *almost* had an excellent experience. From the call in on the phone to the quality of the food, the... experience was great. One of the cooks even popped his head out to give me a friendly update on my order since it was a semilarge order. What turned the experience sour was a young lady speaking very loudly and degradingly about frustrating customersand former coworkers she had fired. She was profane and vulgar and I could not wait to get my food so I could leave. The worstthing about it was that she seemed like she was a shift leader or supervisor. Not a good example or healthy work environmentbeing created there. Hopefully the leadership at this location can take her under their wing and help her develop self awarenessand better ways to manage frustrations. Read more

As a Executive chef in my years I never seen such disorganized and the lack of leadership. To much talking going on back there... and to much checking on there phones. This is ridiculous guys do better. Read more
For national wing day, Wingstop had a promotion buy $10 or more of food get 5 extra wings free. This place obviously could care... less about their own promotion. They even gave me my order with the ranch dressing unsealed. Ranch was over everything. I had tothrow it away because it was too much of a mess to clean. Lastly I called ahead and asked for extra seasoning and they flat outsaid they can't change my order. BS. Read more
I know during this time when everyone is hiring that most places are running late with getting orders out on time. HOWEVER not... the case with this location.. this location was fully staffed on a Friday night and had lots of orders going out. As soon as Iwalked in I went straight to the cashier with the sign that said call in orders. There was an employee there taking orders. SoI stepped back and waited, two other cashiers were there at the front just on there phones, soon as the first cashier got donewith phone order she got on her phone as well.. Now at this point all 3 girls were on there phones... what has this world cometo. One girl came from the back and greeted me and asked if there was anything wrong with my order.. Flying Insect Infestation. The soda machine appeared to be dirty attracting flies and nats which were also visible in the... kitchen. Then with the nats flying around I found the teas were uncovered. I also find it interesting they only mentioned a 30min wait on orders after I paid for my food? It would be prudent customer service to provide that information before acceptingpayment. Read more
Only wingstop I come to period! Love the ladies and gentlemen there always polite and great service. They sometimes have long... wait times but understandable because it's a popular location great job everyone. I give you an A+ rating. Last weekend I ordered 30pc chicken wings. When I ordered online they don?t have the option to pay with a card, the one from... commerce does. I don?t care that much about it, but something that I didn?t like was that I got around 4 wings with feathers. Itlooks so gross, I stoped eating and tell my family about it. We can?t finished the rest the wings. I called the store and theywanted me to go and exchange those wings for another ones. I told them I don?t even want to get more because I wanted to throwup? I just wanted to tell them about it, so they can be more cautious and clean the wings for the customers. The food looks verynasty like that, I don?t want to go back to any Wingstop. I prefer to cook them at home buying them from the meat market andclean them by myself. At least I know what I?m eating. Read more
