Twana the cashier was sweet and patient both over the phone and in person! I noticed it was just her and one other lady there.... Twana was cashier and the other lady was cooking and she was also the manager. It broke my heart when I overheard a customerbeing very rude to Twana the cashier. The manager was called to the front from cooking while the customer was rude. HoweverTwana and the manager remained calm and handled it well. Food was fast, hot and fresh as always! Read more
Place a mobile order to be pick up. My son pick it up and he didn't check the order when he left the restaurant, when he arrived... home and we check for the order we were missing 2 fries, and 4 ranch, cajun wings were actually barbecue, lemon a Pepper didn'thave lemon and very little pepper. Call the restaurant and ask for the manager, they ask me for my order name and I give it tothem, told them what I was missing from my order and what was wrong with it, they put me on hold and they told me that thecashiers were saying that my son check the order before he left and he was just missing a ranch, I ask them to describe my son,but they didn't have a answer, I ask them to check the cameras but they said they don't have access to the cameras only theOwner and the Higher managers have access to it. He ask me to take the order back and I wasn't gonna drive 30 minutes to take itback to them. I ask the name of the cashier that said that my son check the order, but he said it wasn't none on specific it wasall of them (which I really feel special because all the cashiers pay attention to my son of all the customers jajajaja) he hadto wait extra 15 min to get the order. I ask for the phone number where I can complain and the manager said that I can get itin the website and that he had things better to do, than talking to me and he hang up the phone. Read more
Reconsider your door dash delivery. They left my order outside in the dark on the property, charged me $30 and I never received... my food. Only a mess to clean up today from animals getting into bag. Read more
Why place an online order that should be ready in ?16-20 minutes? when really, nobody cares and ?we?ll make it when we feel like... it.? Don?t waste your money or your time. I?m originally from Dallas TX came on a mini vacation to San Antonio & decided to visit our favorite restaurant while here.Store... closed at 12:00 .Got here at 11:40 to get some wings to enjoy with the family I had a African American male with Glasses & awhite lady with glasses denied me services.When I asked for corporates number they both didn?t want to give it to me. ThenAfrican male came near back where I was & let him know by law he has to provide me the number he then printed paper form thereceipt machine then got the empty paper and balled it up and screamed at me and said I?m not taking it orders and that?s itstop asking.Had to leave because he stared to scream and my daughter stared to cry after his voice scaring her.Worse experienceever. Ran over something in the road right in front of WingStop. Had to wait on a tow truck so we ordered wings and fries. The wings... were amazing but the fries were not hitting on anything at all. Read more

the 15 pt. wing meal took about an hour to come out despite there only being 2 people in the building.. the restroom stunk like... a porta potty and the heat was off in the seating area with it being 50 degrees out maybe the food would be good right staypositive NOPE wrong the flats had feathers on the???????? i got a refund but only if i personally took the food back to thecounter way to go management anyway i have to go drink some water because I feel like I have a small bird in my throat Read more
