I need my money back for food I never received. I made an online order for my husband to pick up for date night. Food was... supposed to be ready in 16-21 minutes. I put the order under his name to make it easier for him to pick up. He waited almost 10minutes after the promised order time and when he came in the staff at first could not find the order. Then told him he hadn?tpaid. I had to send him the screen shot to show them. Then they said they found my payment and that now because ?the kitchen wasbacked up? they could start the online order and that he would have to wait another 30 minutes passed their order deliverywindow. He said he would cancel, he told me I needed to call them. I was very upset by this. I was really hungry and excited forthe food I purchased for our date night. When I called to cancel they told me they couldn?t refund me. They were rude and whenthe man put the phone the women in the background asked him if she ?could hang up on [me] for him? he told to reach out tosupport and that there was nothing he could do and than my husband needed to turn back around which is not an acceptable answer.When I asked him ?Am I just not going to get anything for the $30 of food I didn?t receive?? His response was ?I guess?. I?mliterally crying as write this review. I?ve never been treated like this. Especially when I paid for something and got nothing.Someone needs to make this right. They turned off online ordering at night, which is fine, it gets busy. The online ordering instructed to call in to order ahead... so I did, and the call was immediately picked up and hung up. Tried to call back, and they had taken the phone off the hook.Calling ahead prevents 50 people from waiting in the restaurant for their food, so I?m not understanding the reasoning behindthis. The wings as always were delicious ????. I had ordered them online and I saw they were done so I went to go pick them up. But I... still had to wait 10 minutes for my wings. I had ordered 20 original hot, 15 lemon peppers, 15 limited time honey hot 50 intotal wings. When I got home I only had half of my order and it was only the original hot, I thought everything was therebecause there were multiple boxes. When I called no one picked up for 30 minutes. When someone finally did, they said to comeback and they'll have them ready. I arrived and they said it'll be a 15 minute wait. And I thought it was finally going to beokay, after waiting a longer time. I got home ready to eat my lemon pepper and wanting to eat for the first time their honey hotwings. But I only got lemon pepper and there was no honey hot wings. The main wings that I wanted. so at the end of the day thewings were delicious but, they messed up my order twice. I have to say I enjoyed my dinner tonight it was great, good management and employees concerned that my food hot and fresh!... Thank you very much I love talking to the manager and employees about how good the meals are, I've tried many other chicken wingI hated it but when I was introduced to wing stop I never new I'd fall in love it the flavors and fries.
