Inconsistent menu availability. Going later in the evening is hit or miss. This was made even worse by the fact that they once... ran out of an item and replaced it with something else without even telling me. The employee didn't even apologize when I madethem aware. Customer service at this location is always great. They occasionally forget to add the dipping sauces you paid for. However,... they?re always willing to make it right and fix their error the rare times it does happen. Only time you?ll wait forever on foodSuper Bowl Sunday and other major sporting events. Best you order a day or two ahead to have your food ready before any biggame. Any other day they?re pretty quick and food is always cooked correctly. Read more

Food is always great service also great. This location always smells awful. They clean the floor with a dirty mop or something.... I never dine in for this reason even before corona EDIT. Food not so good anymore. Perhaps because they are always super busy.Food very salty even for someone that puts extra salt on everything. I ordered a six piece wing combo half lemon pepper half mild with fries (extra well done) and a drink. I ordered it 12:15 PM... pick up time when I got there at 12:10 the food had been sitting there which bothered me because the food gets cold fastneedless to say, the quality of food was less than satisfactory the wings were fine but not crispy, more like chewy andunpleasant on the palette and the fries were limp, soggy, and greasy and above all the food was cold this was an isolatedincident but it left me with a bad taste in my mouth Read more
