Inconsistent menu availability. Going later in the evening is hit or miss. This was made even worse by the fact that they once... ran out of an item and replaced it with something else without even telling me. The employee didn't even apologize when I madethem aware. Customer service at this location is always great. They occasionally forget to add the dipping sauces you paid for. However,... they?re always willing to make it right and fix their error the rare times it does happen. Only time you?ll wait forever on foodSuper Bowl Sunday and other major sporting events.
