I had placed and order online and called to make sure it would be done how I like it and the lady who answered assured me it... would be done according. Get home and my request was completely ignored. I called back and the same lady answered (she was veryhelpful and I appreciated her) told me the right order will be done in 20 minutes, took nearly and hour of waiting at the wingstop all while the cooks and manager in the back stared and talked about me. After placing my order online at 6:40 pm I set it up to be picked up at 8:15. When I got there at 8:19 the girl said my order is... still being made...so I went down the street to whataburger to get a salad and when I came back at 8:30 and asked for my ordershe said it's being bagged..so I got my order at 8:45 pm..30 min late...I don't understand why they let me place an order overan hour in advance and I still have to wait 30 min... Worst place to eat if I could give them zero stars I would. My fries were cold. My food was cold, and when I complained that my... fries were cold, they tried to throw hot ones on top of them and give them back. Don?t eat here. It sucks, and the employees areeven worse. Read more
7/11/2022 10:23pm Girl at register cursing while having Convo w manager. I only assume he was the manager because he was... recording info in a book. Other employees in back eating out of a silver bowl. He goes to the back and brings a bowl of friesputs them back in fryer (recooking them). I asked for fresh fries the girl at register said that's how they cook them. The otherguy in the back proceeds to say (out loud ) " the fries are fresh" and caring on. I was going to speak up but it wasn't worththe stress because obviously he was argumentative. If you're gonna close before closing time (which I only assume because theywere cleaning and squeegeeing the floor) at least have someone still giving out fresh food. Manager should have deff stepped upinstead of letting the employee in the back talk loud and rude to the guests. Not a good look. So no thanks never again. Great Customer Service Called Matthew after being treated very bad from location store 842 San Pedro. He answered the phone... with a great joyful & eager voice.Let him know my experience at other location he was quick to give me great service .Let himknow I would be there right at 12:00 before closing.He let me long as long as I made it I would be good.Received food & the foodwas great.Store was very clean.Im originally from Dallas & you guys made it really feel like home. I ordered original hot wet and the wings were swimming in sauce. Good pick up service and the wings are bigger than they used to... be which is nice. I spilled sauce all over my jeans though so that kind of sucks . The fries were cold as well Read more
