I called my order in and was told it was going to be around 30 minutes. I got there 30 minutes after I called and they told me... it would be out in 10 - 15 minutes. I asked for a refund after customers kept going in and out with their order. The girl atthe register was rude and was very dismissive. There was another customer that asked for a refund because he was there over anhour as well. I think my order wasn't placed until I got there instead of when I ordered it. Sorry, the chicken was not good, it had frostbite on the skin. Tastesome had perfume taste on it. I will never returned to this... place. If you like I can send you a picture of one of the wings that has like frost bite on it. Read more

This is the absolute worst establishment I've ever been to. This happened tonight. Waited for 50 minutes from ordering at... 10:10pm just for them to refund my order. A complete waste of my time. Why? Because I have a DISABLILITY and need assistanceusing the restroom. It's a restroom with a code, and I assumed it was a single restroom like most wingstops. My husband wasassisting me. I needed extra help at this moment as well because there was water all over the hallway coming from the kitchen. Iwas sliding around everywhere. My knees are very bad due to underlying conditions, and I recently recovered from both adislocated knee and a sprained ankle. There was NO WET FLOOR SIGN. I made a big stink about it, because I almost seriouslyinjured myself. Only then did they clean it up. The manager was terrible. She refunded my order once it was ready because weboth went into the restroom together. Made no attempt to listen to my reasoning or explanation. This actually violates ADA laws.Did they refuse service because of my disability or because I made them clean up the disgusting wet floor? This was my first time at a wing stop and is one I will never forget lol. I took a friend who lives in Lytle and our experience... was real good. Food was good, service was food. But I got kinda full and was going to throw my stuff out when I thought of thisloner or guy on parole that was sitting near us outside. I offered him the food and he was quite enthusiastic and asked to sitdown and then proceeded to tell me his jail stories and the events that led to it. Funny, how sharing your food with otherssometimes leads to interesting conversations with "interesting" people. Read more
The wings were super delicious but there fries were way to salty and oily..had them remake my fries...I would definitely go back... but just for wings. Read more
Called in our order and they said it would be ready in 20 minutes. We showed up 30 minutes later, and it still wasn't ready.... Ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes in the store. It wasn't busy. The girl behind the counter was just gossiping with theworkers in the back, and kept telling us it was almost ready. It does not take 50 minutes to make a small order... when therearen't any orders ahead of ours. Really ruined our plans for the night. People place call in orders for convinience... makes nosense! I suspect tgat they didnt start making the order until we actually got there. Which defeats the whole purpose of callingin. Never coming back to this location. Read more
