Order a 20 piece of boneless wings and at least 7 were not properly cooked. Chicken was raw under the breading. I called in and... spoke to the female manager and she said just let me know next time you come in and I will cover your order for theinconvenience. Now she doesn?t remember and won?t honor it. I went to this Wingstop and I asked for 5 mild and 5 hot combo and they gave 5 lemon and 5 hot. When I spoke to Susie she said... she would replace it and when I get to the store a couple days later she only gave me a 6 piece combo because ?only 5 of thewings were messed up.? That?s not the point. The point is I spent money on a 10 piece combo not a 6 piece combo. And then thegirl at the front counter said I looked tired. When I?ve been in and out of the hospital for a family member and sleeping therewith them. You don?t know what people are going through. The customer service here is a joke, I don?t want to order from thislocation anymore, but I?m tempted to just so I can do the survey. I want to take it a step further and go to corporate, but allthey will get is a slap on the wrist. So I?ll just publicly post my experience. I?ll go to the H?E?B WingStop on Bandera fromnow on. Korean BBQ was a good flavor, like carribean jerk but better. Lemon pepper was like churches chicken. Garbage. The tea was made... at 10:30 am and it said on the dispenser that it needed to be replaced by 6:30 at 11 its not replaced, it's gross and the teaversion of stale. Coke machine syrup levels for drinks are determined by owner and customizable. Everything had less syrup thanrequired, tasted the gross filler and everything tasted like water. Place is yummy one of my favorite chains, i love and crave the garlic parmesan wings bone in all the time. I love the french... fries! they are thick cut and potato-ey ???? with the salt and sugar combo sooo modern and delicious. I did have an issue withmy order, i called them and told them, the team members offered to remake my meal and did so very fast! Read more
Not good/ why would they serve OLD celery sticks. Pictures of wings show how they only seasoned one side of my wings. Rolls were... hard, tried to mask that by smothering with tons of butter. What stinks is that I live 30min away. Will not return. Read more
Called in and was asked if I could go on hold, ended up being on hold for 5 minutes before he picked back up to take my order.... THEN while I'm there waiting for my food I see them take a call-in when no customers were keeping him busy, but he put them onhold for 3+ minutes and just does random stuff until finally going back & taking their order.
