Order a 50 family order to not get a quarter of the order. Called and was told they would send door dash back out to deliver the... missing portion. Hours later they never showed up. Called back and was told they would just refund me the entire order. Ithought ok that at least they made it up. Weeks later after a couple of calls and no refund I have given up. It?s like the employees just want me to stand at the front forever and not take my order. Annoys me more when they make solid... eye contact with you and don?t care to come over and take my order. It shouldn?t take 30 mins to cook 10 wings either and nearly20 dollars for 10 wings is just insane to me. I remember the service used to be so good here I?m not really sure what happened. Read more
Boyfriend didnt check the order before bringing it home or else i would have made him not pay for what we received. We ordered 4... wing combos, we ordered celery with half of those combos. not only did we receive only 2 orders of fries (with no celery), thefries were stacked on top of eachother in the box and completely smushed the ones on the bottom. Also, for a regular size order,you would think they would give you more than 3 wings. nope. Not to mention how absolutely horrific my chicken looked. Horrible chicken. Way way over cooked. We ordered 2 7 piece tender meals. All were overcooked and dry. They also put both orders... of chicken in the same box? 2 large fries were undercooked and half full. Come on guys.. Read more
Called three times to place order for pick up, no one ever answered the phone. Drove to the location and placed order in person... and had to wait 25 minutes for my food, would have not had to wait had they answered the phone. Guy at the counter stated heheard the phone ringing, just didn't answer it, guess it wasn't important to him. Got home and my buffalo wings were so salty Icouldn't eat them. The garlic parmesan wings were good. Probably won't be back again anytime soon. Read more
I have to say I normally don?t have any issues with this location or the food but tonight I wasn?t very pleased with my food. I... ordered thigh bites and I don?t recommend it. Its a bunch of fried batter with tiny bits of chicken. In two orders of thighbites 5 or 6 of the bites pieces were actually okay the rest was just batter and oil. I placed my order online and both that and the pickup process were efficient. There was an option for ?extra crispy?? which was... my deciding factor on getting the classic wings. Unfortunately, they were not crispy at all. We added them to the air fryerlater at home. The 10 piece order allows you to decide on two favors. I preferred the Louisiana dry rub over the wet mildversion. They don?t come with dip, that?s extra. The fries, that tried from my daughter?s order were also soft andcrispless. I would have taken pictures of the wings we ordered, but was a little too disgusted and just wanted them in the trash asap.... Bone-in wings tasted rancid, were poorly cooked (not quite undercooked, just completely squishy on one side), and some of themhad feathers on them. Not joking about the feathers, it wasn't a ton of feathers but enough to notice. The feathers and rancidtaste say more about Wingstop's suppliers, but this specific location could have done a much better cooking the wings. Can't sayfor sure whether the rancid taste was unique to this location, but will not be paying our money to this place again. Read more
