Horrible Service - Placed delivery order and was given 66min for delivery by. Called when it was 10min over, put on hold for... 20min, to be told the order hadn?t even been made and that they were just backed up. Spoke to manager who offered to add 5wings, when I already ordered 40wings ? no thank you, refund my money (which apparently takes an Area Manager to do according tothe manager??), I?ll take my business elsewhere. If you know you?re backed up, don?t provide a false time or at leastcommunicate earlier on so you don?t have customers waiting needlessly for food that won?t be delivered on time or anytime soon. Ordered my meal for delivery, got the wrong type of wings on half of my order and fries were unsatisfactory. However the manager... on duty apologized and offered to remake my entire order and have it sent back out, can?t hate the customer service, and thewings are amazing when on point! Read more

Staff can't get the order right . 1 out 5 times they always forget something off the order especially orders over 60 dollars. ... Also stated mangers are too business to talk to me right now ... service has gone down the drain. I really hate leaving poorreviews. Read more
