Horrible Service - Placed delivery order and was given 66min for delivery by. Called when it was 10min over, put on hold for... 20min, to be told the order hadn?t even been made and that they were just backed up. Spoke to manager who offered to add 5wings, when I already ordered 40wings ? no thank you, refund my money (which apparently takes an Area Manager to do according tothe manager??), I?ll take my business elsewhere. If you know you?re backed up, don?t provide a false time or at leastcommunicate earlier on so you don?t have customers waiting needlessly for food that won?t be delivered on time or anytime soon.
