Tonight my wife ordered the 30 piece family pack. When she got home she noticed that they did not put in the 18 portion of lemon... pepper she had ordered. When we called to inform them of the of the mess up. The person on the phone told us we can go back topick them up. I replied saying that we don't want to have to drive back over there. Then he said that they can give us creditbut it only last a week. If we don't use the credit within a week we lose the credit. I even told them that they mess up and wehave to meet their demands. Spoke to the manager Elaina and she was worthless. She would not extend the time frame and said thatI can either come pick it up or use the week time frame credit. I informed her that we would not be available for a week and shesaid those were my only options. They would not deliver the wings because we didn't order through door dash. After a 12hr shift, I just wanted to order food for my sons birthday. Sadly this location has no competence to take a to go... order. First guy didn?t say anything and just handed phone over. Placed an online order for a 10pc lemon pepper combo with 2 piece chicken tenders added on. Arrived at the store and was not... greeted, once I got to the register to was asked my name; and my ordered was reported back as Garlic parm wings..I clarifiedthat it was lemon pepper. The cashier went to go talk to the cook and then came back to me and asked to see my receipt which Ishowed to him that confirmed my pepper. He then proceeded to take my bag to the counter in the back, unseal it and open my wingbox to confirm it was garlic parm (the bag had my name on it he could?ve simply asked me to check my own food instead of himputting his hands on it). If this wasn?t bad enough he told me it would be a few minutes for my correct food then proceeded tothrow the same garlic parm wings back into the fryer and into a new box for me, as I saw him do this I informed the othercashier that if I was going to be reserved the same Incorrect wings I would take a refund instead, she rolled her eyes then wentto the back to get the ?manager? Yolasa, who did not even apologize for the incorrect order or inconvenience on their part andinstead just stated that I was getting the same wings because they ?burn off the garlic? by re-frying them again in the oil, Iinformed her I did not ask for garlic parm wings initially and the person I was buying them for would not eat them and it wouldresult in us driving back to the store once we got home, it was never offered to make me fresh wings, an apology or correctionaside from getting extra fried incorrect wings that was there fault. To make matters worse I was told refunds take 7 businessdays instead of the standard 3-5 when asked why she did not know the answer and just stated she could not give me cash since ipaid online. I can?t even place an order to go because nobody ever answers the phone. Even when they just opened, I been calling and calling... but no one answers. Who runs such a business? If I could give this location a negative rating I would! starting with the poor management who completely ignored my service... when there was no other customers next in line. I then asked for help after being ignored and the young hispanic women in thefront replied with 'hold on, one second' and picked up the phone. all I needed was a large ranch which I let her know. I calledto speak to the manager, he talked over me and tried to defend her actions as I explained my experince. The first thing herelied with was along the lines of 'well first off, that's not how it goes here, if someone is on hold we take them first' afterI told him I should have been helped first regardless because I was there before the phone that she picked up rung. Not what it used to be when my brother worked there and Grandma ran it. They forgot my $4 Ranch and the veggie sticks were dried... out and hardly any. Been ordering hefe for what is now 15 to nearly 20 years and it seems like the wings are still good but theother issues show a decline. Read more
