Walked in, eating area was mostly empty, told they wouldn't have food for 2 hours (!) The two gum-smacking cashiers behind the... counter told me I would have to order online, despite being able to see the cooks prepping food right behind them. This placehas a serious management problem if they are placing online orders at a higher priority than walk-in customers. Do not wasteyour time stopping by this location. I've been to the Wing Stop on I-10 North, and it's managed properly, so it's not all WingStop locations that are this atrocious. Read more
Service is a little slow due to staffing shortages, but food is always good, just order ahead with lots of time on busy days.
This place was disgusting when I came in! Food and trash on the tables, trash on the floor, trash and dirty countertops, just... disgusting. The wait for our online order was 43-48 minutes, took 69 minutes for the order to be done. Then as I was waiting,one of the employees was trying to clean a table and spilt soda all over my shoes. I felt bad for the guy, but he didn't say aword or anything! I waited there for my food and they never cleaned up the mess the last 15 minuets I was there. See photos ofthe attached of the trash. PLACE IS VERY DIRTY!!! Half of the tables are dirty with food and beverages, food on the floor, drinks spills on the floor... (slippery/dangerous) Very disorganized workers! changing tv channels instead of cleaning liquids on floor because someone couldslip. When I walked there was about 17 customers waiting for their food the wait times are ridiculously long. Waited about 15-20for someone to come out of the restroom and finally when they came out it was an employee. This place has been like this foryears! I don?t usually go to this location because of all these issues I go to the one thats on Bandera & 1604 way better eventhough it?s really far from my house. The only reason I went to this one was because I was coming back to town from a 5 hourdrive and I just wanted to get home and I see it hasn?t changed a bit! Read more
Totally disappointed, I ordered a 5 thighs combo, and got 5 bites, are you serious guys.? what's wrong? Is it a kind of... mockery or what is happening with you? My money should be returned, a total mockery. This has never happened to me. Read more
Come on Wingstop. We normally love your food. Tonight it was downright nasty. All of the wings appear to have been fried and... then as the orders came in they were just drizzled in the sauce. The fries were cold when we picked them up and are just asoggy mush. Read more
Tried the Chicken Sandwich yesterday. The last time I stepped foot inside a Wingstop was about 5 years ago. The main reason was... because their wings are so very small and the price of those small wings keep going up. Let's start with the bathroom. Thewomen's bathroom was closed so there was nowhere to wash my hands. They didn't have hand sanitizer either. There was a touchscreen coke machine that did not work well, so I had to settle for Vitamin Water when I really wanted Coke. Needless to say, Iwas hoping the reasonably priced Chicken Sandwich would hit the spot. The bun was hard so I ended up just eating the breadedchicken breast with a fork. It was not a good experience.
