I should have gone with my instinct and trusted the reviews! I had just got off of work and wanted to pick up a small order to... go home. I was tired and starving and I didn't receive my order 3 hours later!! I had placed my order online thru the APP about7pm very small order just a chicken sandwich and some wings and when I arrived it says my order is ready for pick up, but when Iget there its extremely overcrowded with a line stretching outside. I get in this ridiculous long line just to pick up and forthem to tell me it's still 10 tickets ahead of my order?! What does that even mean? I would like a time frame. As I waited andwaited after every ticket being called out even tho some of the tickets being called were repeatedly being called, it was ahorrible experience! I waited in an overcrowded small restaurant which was not clean at all or upkept, even to mention their wasno ice in the soda machine and the machine screen was sticky and dirty and It kept malfunctioning on me that I couldn't get adrink. All tables were filled with trash and I understand they got too much going on and are super busy but the girl kepttelling everyone the same thing about how long for their orders. I asked again about my order and she ignored me and startedhelping others. Rude customer service. They don't know how to manage here or keep this place neat! Read more

Worst service I?ve ever received. I ordered ahead online which was an hour wait (which was fine) but when my boyfriend and I got... to Wingstop we had to wait another hour for our food even though it said it was ready on the app. There were at least 30 peoplein the restaurant waiting for their food as well. There were 9 people working and half of them weren?t doing anything buttalking and laughing with each other. When I payed for my food the woman at the cash register was extremely rude as well. To topit off, when we got home they had forgotten our dips and burned our fries. Never ordering from there again. Read more
My son and his cousins went to Wing Stop after band practice. They ordered a family pack. Waited over an hour. They were given... the wrong flavors, then told they couldn?t switch it out because they ?touched it?. They also didn?t receive any fries. It waslate, they didn?t want to argue and just came home. Went to this location and ordered 15 spicy wings, and 5 sweet ones for my son, they mixed them in the same box and made them all... spicy. I called to try to get the order fixed the next morning and they took 12 minutes to give me a response. They said I?dhave to go home and bring what was left and they would replace it. Read more
Terrible. Unorganized and discombobulated! We are regulars and todays experience was PITIFUL!! They had so many orders they... couldn?t keep up. I ordered online with a pick up time of 10:15pm. They didn?t get my order to me until 11:15!! And that wasonly because they realized they never even processed my order. They didn?t apologize , provide a refund , provide an extra orderof fries or even give a valid excuse! Horrible !! Read more
First time eating at Wing Stop and it was so good! Ordered Lemon Pepper Wings and Hubby ordered Hawaiian Flavored Wings.
Ordered 3 chicken sandwiches at the restaurant and waited for an hour and a half to get them. Ordered our food at 8:27 and it... didn?t arrive until 9:52? I get it, it?s a busy time of day, however when you see 14+ online orders and a stream of customerscoming in and out the entire time it?s ridiculous. There was 4-5 workers standing in the back clowning around the whole time andon top of that the people in the front didn?t seem like they cared we waited for as long as we did.
