We ate here for lunch but after the lunch rush so it was pretty empty. The guy who took our order was nice enough but he got our... order wrong. We ordered some boneless and some bone-in and they all came boneless. Also, they didn?t have a changing table intheir bathroom. It?s so frustrating when they?re family friendly enough to have high chairs but then no changing table. Read more
Good overall, but place can use a little cleaning.
I ordered food around 10:15/10:20 and the food was only going to take 15 minutes or so. I get there and it?s completely empty,... only one couple in the entire restaurant and one man waiting on his order. I notice some of the employees super focused on theirclosing duties, mind you they don?t close for another hour and a half. I hear the young lady in the front tell one of the cooks?don?t mess this one up, you been messin up orders all day? but I was confident my order wouldn?t be messed up since there wasonly 2 orders on their screen along with the employee assuring he got the order right, and I only got a 6 piece boneless wingswith fries (I pour my own drink). To my surprise I get home and I have bone in wings, I guess my expectations for a wingstopemployee to get an order right were too much to ask for. I call and notify the young lady at the front that my order wasincorrect and they ask me to drive back with gas prices as they are right now & return the food so they can give me the correctorder and the manager didn?t even get on the phone to apologize or offer some kind of reimbursement. I just took the $13 L.Absolutely ridiculous how you can mess up a 1 combo order with 2 items. The order was correct on the email confirmation but itseems someone couldn?t read? I would suggest quitting and going on unemployment if you don?t know how to read and don?t careabout getting order right, you?ll probably make more money off the government anyway. Read more
First time coming to this location & the lady at the register ASHLEY was very rude, did not greet me , did not call me up to... help me ,I had to step up to the cash register to let her know I was picking up. She Did not even say "Thank you have a niceday!" If u do not like ur job working in customer service than don't be in one. Read more
The online ordering system is super easy to use. We ordered last minute pick up on our way home the other night. We always get... the Louisiana rub and garlic parm for our little one. The wings come out hot and crispy. Fries are also good with their specialfry seasoning. The Louisiana rub is one of their best flavors. This particular time though it wasn?t as spicy as I remember itto be. Flavor was lacking so I took 1 star off. Read more
Speed and customer service was absolutely amazing and I could never begin to reproach it. The wings were hot and crispy and he... sauce was delicious. But the wings were drowning in sauce, which some people probably prefer. The amount of sauce and the heatforced me to wait for them to cool down a bit. By the time they were temperate they had become soggy due to the wxcess sauce.While I waited for them to cool I ate my extremely salty fries dipped into the above average but not exceptional ranch and bluecheese. The ambience of this place reminds me of a....mall food court. I would consider getting wings to go from here donthe thespeed of service but I would never eat in ever again because of the cheap uncomfortable cookie cutter fast food dining room. Dopeople come here to watch sports? I saw the tvs but I can?t imagine the uncomforatable position you?d have to be in to watch amulti hour game. The mango habanero sauce beats all others I?ve tried. The atomic was hot but not the best in flavor. Usuallywhen I review a local restaurant I recommend going out on a limb and offering something unique once the bottom line incapable ofdoing so. I was confused that a company as big as Wingstop did not have any adventurous menu items or monthly sauces. Just thestandard same old same old. I guess your customers know they can get exacting results every time they come here but have somefun and create something unique to you Wingstop. Overall I?d say it?s a c average.
