Another messed up order. I ordered online ahead of time for a time management reasons. I get there and they charged & gave... someone else my order. They bring my order to the counter and I have to wait for that refund transaction. I didn't even want totake this order after it was with someone else already but again I was on a time limit so I paid and took it. The order was coldand not what you expect or want from WingStop. So they say they can replace the wings only since I didn't come back same night.Ok. I get there, pick up replacement wings. No ranch. 'Can I get ranch?'. "Yes but we'll have to charge for the ranch" what?!?!Why when they inconvenienced me? The pregnant girl with attitude goes to get the manager, Chris, who says the same. So what wasI was supposed to save the ranch from last nights bad order? Anyway. Not the way to satisfy an inconvenienced customer. Read more
Busy as usual but other than that good food eat all.
Yesterday went to pick up dinner to go and was greeted with a young woman with a HUGE bright Red Hickie on her neck front and... center under her chin, it was super distracting an my younger son asked me what was wrong with her neck? My order was incompletewhen I got home. I didn't even bother to call back and let them know it seems like whoever is running this store is just hiringanyone and now I'm going to have to find another wingstop to go to... 3 months ago customer service was decent and great butlast night I felt like with the new hires yall have no care in they're appearance or care about how they are serving.. I ordered from this store this morning, boneless wing combo, it took absolutely too long for those wings to come out. Boneless... wings take about 6 minutes to make. They were fully staffed too. I waited for almost 20 minutes and there was only 2 customersin the building. On top of that I tried calling to place my order and no answer, this isn't the first time they haven't answeredthe phone either. I drove over to make my "to go" oder in person and I sat in the parking lot in plain sight to call the storeagain and nobody bothered to answer the phone. So inspecting my food the wings weren't even fully saturated like they normallyare. So very disappointed in this store and I hope this behavior is corrected. Read more
Good food. Online ordering said orders after 9pm. Phone orders no one ever answered. Went in person arrived before 9pm. No one... answered phone since they were sitting on bench on cell phone. Break time.. understandable. Food was promptly ready as promisedonce order was placed in person. It was absolutely delicious. Moral of the story is go place order in person. Drive would havetaken us same time if online was available or phone was answered. We just would not have had to wait the extra time. Love youguys thanks for working late and providing good food.
