Horrible experience overall; found a hair in my food and took food back and somehow the manager in charge still happened to be... rude to me. I was polite and even offered solutions but she continued to be unhelpful and the uninterested in solving theproblem. I was on a date so I think it's weird to take pictures but I wish I did so you can get a visual of the practically chicken jerky... they served. I ordered the lemon pepper boneless wings and they looked dry and tough and tasted no different. It took forever toget water refills. Not many customers there so I can't explain the lack of service or inability to aptly make something that'sin the name of your restaurant. It's not like they were busy from the droves of people clamoring to taste their chicken jerky.The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because the flavor was pretty good. Read more
Food was good . Price wasn't accurate from menu. I ordered a buger with brisket menu showed $11.50 ended up being charged $12.50... boneless wings were $16 kids strips. My drink didn't taste like it had any alcohol on my margarita and of course was chargedfor additional shot. There was house special on margaritas I was unaware of till after. Waitress wasn't too bad just wish theymentioned specials. The margarita i wanted they didn't have the full ingredients or candy so they did substitute with somethingelse. Read more
I had a very good experience with this location and the two sweet young ladies manning the front of the restaurant. I ordered to... go and my order was correct, save the blue cheese dressing that was missing from my order. I can recommend the mango habanero,and the blueberry habanero sauces! Will return Read more
Pathetic. Ripoff. Dirty, table was filthy. The boneless wings are smaller than a quarter. The I ed tea was spoiled. The... waitress was obviously not happy with her job. I should have known it was bad when the place is empty on a Friday at noon. Read more
Overall a good visit. Table we sat at it needed a little wiping. Food was hot and delicious. Had a couple margaritas and wings.... Our server was friendly and made sure we didn't need anything. Read more
Good food, especially the nachos. Get the chicken and beef. For wings, the Spicy Garlic if you like it good and hot. It's not on... the menu, but they have it. Service can be hit or miss, depending on how many servers they have, so I tend to stay at/near thebar for the best experience. Read more
Food took an overly long time to come out, considering the amount of tables (not half full). Riblettes were cold and old.... Waitress didn't bring wife and I cutlery. Wife was missing a wing in her order. Waitress wanted to do what she could and wasquite nice. Took off the food from the ticket. Manager never materialized to speak to us. Quality control and training need tobe emphasized more at this location. I would not return. Read more
