They are getting a one star as this is the lowest they can get. There were at least ten people working but only one was making... the sandwiches or actually packaging food. The manager (gray shirt) kept interrupting him with inconsequential chatter. Eachtime the sole food packager stopped to indulge the child like conversation. There were a large group of travelers waiting fortheir food. It took me 30 minutes to get my food thus coming very close to boarding time. The amazing relaxing approach isannoying and inconsiderate to travelers (me). The choices at the airport are limited and to endure the lousy service at thisWhataburger adds insult to injury. Brittney was an absolute angel! Very professional. Articulate. And she had hustle. She make sure dirt order was accurate and on... time. There was a long line but everybody on the counter was moving and Groovin. It was a very tasty jalapeño burger. I wish wehad water burgers where I lived. Read more
Order a #12 and I ask for ???? juice when I see my receipt it show 1.97 for the apple juice so I ask the guy at register why if... it was a combo he said answer me with an attitude that was substitute so I said ok ill take my regular drink two and no he saidbecause is substitute ok I wonder how much this 6fl oz apple cost without the substitute I ask for coffee and they said no Ithink they where getting ahead of cleaning that's why no coffee . everything I mean everything at airports is a rip off ???? At the airport. Order coffee at 730am. No creamer. They tell me to go raid the supply of a competitor down the concourse. Last... time I was here in Sept they had no napkins. Pathetic. Read more
This place is absolutely horrible!! The food was cold, the woman didn?t put my lid on right and caused it to spill all over the... place, then she had the audacity of charging me for a refill! What has Whataburger stooped down to? This is not the level ofservice I am used to from this company. Needless to say, I will not be returning. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere! Read more
So stingy. The food is extremely dry. The staff is rude. There aren?t any napkins, utensils, or condiments at the at the... counter. You have to stand there stare and wait for someone to acknowledge you and ask for all of the above. They gave memayonnaise in a cup but no knife to put it on my sandwich. I will be eating at La Gloria at the airport next time. Read more
Normally a 20-minute wait for fast food would be frustrating (1st world problems I suppose) but the team there was great.... Manager was working register due to call-outs, handled everything professionally and was courteous and detailed. Food was freshand well worth the wait. I forget the manager's name.. but give him a raise. Read more
