WB is good! Just wish they would commit to higher quality ingredients, and look at what's going on with modern health research.... It could be SO MUCH BETTER without the added preservatives, chemicals, and high fructose syrup in so many things, Whataburgeropts for perceived value over all, not their customer's health or best interest. Was on the right lane on the drive through for about 10min with the left lane moving forward. No one came on the mic to see if I... was ready to order no greeting. Nothing just silence. I finally called the restraunt on the phone to ask if they only had onelane open or what was happening!! They said they didn't hear the ding! You have eyes people! Look out your drive through windowyou see only one lane being used.. So they get someone on the mic. This girl gets on is taking her sweet add time getting myorder after repeating it 5 times. She never asked what size. What drinks i wanted. I told her about the drinks. And she wentsilent. So i asked. Do I move up?? Do you have my order? She gave me my total and so I started moving up. Half way down i hearher ask for a name on the order! Like really?! Did she expect me to yell my name and hope she understands and hears it!! I justpulled off. After 30-45min of attempting to get an order done correctly and then To wait another 30min to get it and somethingbe wrong with my order. No thank you. Please train your employees properly and if they are new. I beg you! Have a team lead nextto them to help. So many times I've came to this location and they always manage to get something wrong on the order. ???? Read more

Everything was fairly good and also fairly priced BUT the fries were overpriced. They basically put the small fries into a... ?large?box which was like a small McDonald?s box the milkshakes are decent but I would rather go to in and out. Pretty decentbut if you want lots of fries for a good price then you should consider going to McDonalds. Read more
It was the way I ordered it. Buns heated, both sides. Meat was thicker than the cheese. Lots of lettuce and they got the order... right! Will go there again. Great set up on orders for take out. Really enjoyed my food. Read more
Update: September 9th, we came again only because of the good dine in experience, but we came thru the drive thru. Totally... disgusting experience as usual. In addition to gross food, we waited in line for 45 minutes. Completely unacceptable. Bye ByeWhataLooser! Update: August 29th, we came for lunch today and ate inside. Surprisingly, the food was good and it was nice andclean inside. We have been here multiple and EVERY time they mess up every order. It's bad enough having to wait 30 minutes inthe drive thru but for it to take that long, the food should be good and no order errors. Most recently, August 3rd, we ordered5 different meals and they messed up each one. Order a large/whatasize it and they give you a small or medium. Order onion ringsand they give you fries. Order cookies with kids meals and you get nothing. Order a large fries and they give you no fries. Askto add anything and they don't. Ask not to have something added and they add it regardless. They need to have a manager that cantrain the workers how to make what was ordered. Perhaps the franchise owner needs to sell the franchise to someone who caresabout customer satisfaction. Great to have a Whataburger close to home but the wait times are still a bit too long. Drove up and saw long drive thru lines,... yes two lines, so decided to go inside to order to go. Yes it was lunch time so I did expect a wait so it didn?t bother me. WhenI got my order I had to return to counter to ask for ketchup and napkins, why fast dood places are not giving napkins I?ll neverunderstand. The burgers were good and the new location very clean, hopefully this location will gel soon and get orders out abit faster. Read more
Food is fine, nothing great. Though the fries are never salted enough for my taste, ask for salt if you like them salty. Service... is incredibly slow here, inside is better, but expect to wait around 25-35 minutes for your food which imo is unacceptable for afast food place. Other than that it's okay, simple decent food for about average price. Read more
