This location went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. All the employees were so attentive and caring!... The atmosphere was so positive and warm. One gentleman even brought my daughter a complimentary brownie for her recent birthday.Top notch service! Read more
the lady that took our order at the intercom Haley B was very unclear about which lane to pull forward to. So i pulled into... lane B the lane i ordered in, so when Haley B came out to tell my my total I knew it sounded funny but didn?t think much of it.When she brought my receipt out i realized it was the wrong order I had paid for. When i confronted her about it very kindlyreferring to her as mam she came back out gave me the correct order and told me ?yea the order was wrong because you didn?tlisten and pulled into the wrong lane, so if you could listen a little bit better next time??. ok didn?t realize i was a 12 yearold. Yes ma?am Ms. Haley B I will listen better next time!!!!! She didn?t even offer a refund for our cheaper order. Read more

Very sad that this newer Whataburger is the filthiest I?ve been to. Employees are constantly horse playing and they pretty much... ignore you. Placed an order on the app and waited an additional 15 minutes while picking it up. Food was cold and the burgertasted funny. Spoke to a manager and she didn?t seem to really care. Hopefully folks will not put up with this and somethingbetter comes to the area. Read more

I came here, ordered something for my fiancé and I, and didn?t realize they gave us the completely wrong order until I got... home. Which sucked. But i called them to let them know and Andre, was very kind and asked if we would come back to have itcorrected. He made sure to write the order down correctly, brought me out an extra free drink, 2 GREAT coupons, and was verysincere about it! Thank you Andre! Read more
I don't think I have ever had a bad burger, or food from them. Very clean and friendly staff.
