I bought a homeless girl something to eat through the app I gave her all my information and she needed to get the food and... called the restaurant to let them know that she would be there to get it. They told her that they wanted to see the card and didwhoever did the order needed to come pick it up and everything and I was on my way to work when I did this it was cold out youknow she hadn't had anything to eat so offered to buy her something. The woman was very grateful and extremely apologeticbecause she was embarrassed but they made her feel extremely unwanted and cared for and that's something you just don't do topeople. I walked in and automatically felt welcomed. Peggy and Jas were awesome. Wonderful customer service. They brought a huge smile... to my face. I had a problem with my burger and right away Peggy corrected. She is manager material and deserves a promotion. Iwill definitely be visiting here more often. I don?t ever leave a review for restaurants really because I?m usually on the go. But I had to stop and leave a 5 star review... for my experience here today. A young man Andres met me at the counter as soon as I walked in for my order that was placedonline. There might have been confusion as they couldn?t find the online order at first, but andres was so attentive and helpfulto try and find the order, or correct the issue. He did eventually find the order for me right before they were about to remakeit for me. He was so sweet, and helpful! Definitely is a great assets to this store!!! Most people seem so unhappy at their jobs. The young man at the register was friendly, and provided great customer service?it's... so refreshing to interact with positive people. The young lady with the pink hair was also very friendly. Of course, my burgercame out fast and hot, and delicious; the restaurant was immaculate and the lighting in the dining room was cool.
