went to visit whataburger on broadway , and the manager was handling my food with no gloves and there was a hair in my fries ,... and as you can see , surprise , no hair net with long hair. never attending again. disgusting. Read more

Stop by to have a light dinner ordered one number eight with cheese with grill onions and then I ordered a double Junior with... cheese and both of my junior doubles were made without cheese had to get up from the table take it to the management on frontcounter they took my tray back with my fries and the two burgers they added cheese and they handed it back to me????? I thoughtonce it goes over the counter to the guest it cannot go back to the kitchen to be contaminating everything else on the preptable or the grill area????? Read more

This is the most TERRIBLE and AWFUL fast food restaurant ever! I order a simple egg and cheese biscuit 15 minutes ahead of time... on the app. I still have to wait an extra 5 minutes for my food and it's cold. The drive through is never busy. Today on 7/20/22around 6:30am I was given a sweet tea that tasted exactly like coffee! When I pulled around the drive through again the cashierstated it was indeed coffee. THIS PLACE IS COMPLETELY STUPID. I'm not sure if its the pay or management. THE EMPLOYEES LOOKMISERABLE AND DEPRESSED! This restaurant needs to get it together. Read more

This location is 24/7. Staff members are friendly. The food is what you expect from a Whataburger. The food is warm and put... together well. The lobby is typical, generally clean and maintained. There is almost always customers dining in. Read more
