The WHAT A BURGER Mgr Ezequiel REFUSED TO LET ME EAT INSIDE( not that I was going to) because of my painted face!(costume) Yet... there's others in here with costumes too?? He Said he can't recognize me, I can't eat inside as he's waving his hands in the airgetting everyone's attention to tell my friend this and in front of everyone in the restaurant. He was rude and his tone wastoo ensure I left quickly. His staff was no better, they week show they hate their jobs. I even asked can I order, he said yesand walked away from me. Ugly ugly man. And he's a manager....wow! WHATABURGER, HOW DO YOU CHOOSE THESE TYPE OF PEOPLE TOREPRESENT YOUR NAME? MUST NOT CARE! It was Embarrassing. I was singled out? Why? For celebrating Halloween? I looked for signsof this rule everywhere and there were none to be seen. I was embarrassed as everyone was looking at me. I had customers cometell me that was rude and uncalled for. IT'S HALLOWEEN! UGH! I love whataburger but I guess customer service at any level is nottheir concern. Makes me sick. Next stop, corporate! I will not return to this place. Read more
Came through and ordered one honey butter chicken biscuit and a number 1? We got three chicken biscuits with cheese... slices????? And the girl in the drivethru window was high as a kite . Yikes Read more
Worst whataburger I've ever been too. Long wait time,and when you finally get your order and not someone else's the food is... cold. If you are wanting whataburger go to other end of San Pedro way better everything Read more
Absolutely never going back to this place. While I was placing my order something like 4 staff (males included) got into a... verbal altercation with a young lady INSIDE the ladies restroom. I could hear her yelling "I'm just trying to use the restroom!"A gentleman came out of the restroom around this time and got reprimanded as well for no reason. "I'm not gonna clean up afteryou!" Is what one of the staff kept yelling. The lady came out, turns out she was a delivery driver picking up an order. When Igot my order I had to go back because they got it wrong. I am absolutely appalled at what this establishment considers customerservice. Harassment at the restroom by the staff! Absolutely unexceptionable. Read more
I highly recommend this Whataburger, today the lady in the morning Drive thru, she is always nice and friendly smile. Today she... went out of her way and beyond! We ordered Cobb Salad with Grill Chicken. She told us that is going to be a 9 minute wait,wesaid it's ok,we wait. So when it was time to pay for our order, she said I took care of it. I was giving her the money. She saidI took care of it. I was like Wow!That was so nice of her. I was, like she made our morning. Give this lady a Raise! Read more
Went there tonight in drive thru I place my order to the window and a female employee was so rude didn't say Hi or ask for my... card to paid for my meal. She does this no answer try to hand her my card, she has my drinks in her hand to give me, she juststanding I try to ask her do want my card ,no response at all she just stood there with my drink I grabbed it an try to give hermy card and she did again finally grabbed my card, still no answer or a smile. Got my food finally she have a nice day with anattitude. By the way who gives the product first before paying. I did call the manager let him know about what happened he actlike he didn't care. Very poor customer service. I was basically treated like a child never going back. I rather drive out ofway then go back to that restaurant. Read more
Came here for lunch with my buddies from work and I have to say that we all had a great time. The food was good as usual but the... hostess Marta was awesome. She offered us refills and brought our food to us. She talked and had us all laughing with her jokes.Never had we had this much fun and a great time at any Whataburger. We will definitely be coming back. If you are in the areamake sure you drop by and give Marta a visit. I'm sure like us. You too will have a great time. Read more
There are no napkin dispensers in the entire restaurant. Must be a new manager trying to show they can save $$ in being stingy... with napkins, but I had the Chili cheese burger and fries and had to get up 2 times from eating to ask for more napkins. Finallyin the 3rd time, I just waited in line @ the bathroom, and got a long piece of brown paper towel from the bathroomdispenser..NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN!!
