Not my preferred Whataburger, just close to home. This location (at night when I usually go) is pretty fast most nights. They... often leave behind my side of gravy or have onion-tasting lettuce but 4 out of 5 times it's a perfect burger. If I truly can'teat my food because of how it's made, it's not too far and usually fast to get a replacement. Management has always been verykind to me for remakes. Read more
Great Customer service and the food is always good. Prices are decent. Food is always served warm. Can have long wait time for... the times of breakfast, lunch and dinner, but longer on the weekends. Never had a problem but a couple order mess ups butemployees are very helpful and will gladly fix their mistake. Inside is well kept and clean. They do offer delivery and curbsidepickup. With great customer service my family will continue to visit. Read more

One of my favorite places to go at night. They are very fast and accurate. It's a new guy black guy that works at the window... that doesn't put up with any mess from drunk people or people who refuse to move so that helps a lot great job. We came between lunch and dinner so it wasn?t too busy. There was less than 10 people in the dining room and about 3 cars in... drive thru. The food was hot. The service was fast. The place was clean. The cashier and one of the supervisors were very nice.I saw laughter among the employees which was good. I also saw a manager explaining to one of their employees what they should bedoing and why they should be doing it ( I guess he was new) professionally and respectfully. I will be back again. The restaurant informed me that they would not honor my reward because their systems were down. I gave two stars instead of one,... because at least the person in the drive-through was kind. Management gets the two stars as they should have either honored thereward and given me the cinnamon roll and not expected to get paid on it or write down whatever information they need to tocharge it later when their systems come back up. It is not the consumers responsibility to keep the systems going, it?s theirs,and when they go down they need to have a way to honor what they?ve promised. Read more
Fast food, without the fast service. Food was fine, but it took 30 minutes to get our food after we ordered in the drive through... for 5 burger meals. Then when the kids meals were missing the drinks and graham crackers we had to wait another 5 minutes toreceive those. Read more
I go to this Whataburger very often! The fries and food are always fresh, never an issue with that. Gigi has excellent customer... service and always makes sure I get what I need! Such a sweetheart, bless her soul. Very polite and staff definitely needs araise. 10/10 Read more
