I love eating here... it's junk food, but so delicious hehe... they also have a new chocolate chip cookie which is amazing. I'm... not giving them 5 stars because I always request my fries unsalted since I have to eat as little sodium as possible due to amedical condition (I know I shouldn't even be here in the first place, but can't help it), I don't mind waiting whatever I haveto wait... but half the time even though I request them unsalted they do give me the fries with lots of salt... besides thateverything is great. How dare you place a Whataburger in the Medical Center! This area is always busy. I understand sometimes it gets busy and you... make mistakes but every visit. Every visit either my order is always wrong, can you move forward and we'll bring your order andmake you wait 5min extra at the drive thru, and now they have to reboot their system to charge you and make you wait extra 5-10min if you visit before 0430. All they have to say including the managers is,"I'm sorry for the wait." Which they don't mean. Iasked a manager one time, "If your sorry like you say, why didn't you offer me a complementary pie, beverage, or something forthe wait?"He didn't respond. He just stood there speechless. Unbelievable, I just thanked him and took off. Poor customerservice. I love Whataburger, I guess I'll have to visit the Whataburger on Callaghan and 410 now where the service is better. Read more
The gentlemen who work here are so polite and kind! The young guys at the cash register are very professional. My grandma and I... were impressed with the man who brought us our food. And theMan cleaning who opened the door for my grandma when we wereleaving. Any fast food place or restaurant needs to take notes from the people here! Also the food was good as always. Read more
Excellent service. I ordered lunch for breakfast so I always expect a bit of a longer wait. I checked into curbside and within a... minute an older man came outside with my drink and let me know that every single item was being made fresh. I really appreciatedthis because instead of waiting 10 minutes to bring me everything at once he came out immediately and assured me they wereworking on the order. I received my food a bit later and it couldn?t have been any better. Very fresh and exact down to theamount of ketchup packets. This is my favorite Whataburger and always will be! Read more
Always the best option for your breakfast, lunch or quick bite. Lot of options to choose for. Like it Mushroom Swiss. ... Associates are friendly and fast. Sometimes gets crowded, but it's due the location, close to Medical Center. It's a spotlessplace, everything really clean. Has a drive thru and it's open 24 hours. Read more
I've literally been in this drive through line for 35min!! Can't even leave cus the line is backed up! Never again! For 1 kids... meal ???? Update 1/31* So I was late getting home from work and there was no line, so I figured I would give them anotherchance, big mistake. The person takin the order at the drive through smuggly corrected me since I didn't hear him ask for thename on the order and said NAME rather loudly. Should have known then. So. I get home and my food was horrible. Burgers werecold. Had pickles which we requested not pickles. The bread was old. The fries were also old and too hard to eat. After I madea special request for new fries. It was too cold and too late to drive back there so I called and let Dennis who answered thephone, who I believe also was the gentleman that took my order in the driveway. If burger stirs away from What-A-Burger then it won't have surprises that comes in form of wonderful taste laced into it. I am... dropping this review for a wonderful team at the Fredericksburg location of Medical Center, San Antonio TX. The consistency intheir service, timeliness, and taste is very alluring. I am ardent subscriber to good customer service, and when I see one... Iapplaud and recognize it. As a lover of this wonderful brand, my only message to new customers is.... get the associate tounderstand what you need, I believe they serve you right. I?m still in awe. If you like bacon, onions, and cheese? Sweet and Spicy Bacon Burger? Soo Good! I?ve spent on 5 - 30$ burgers... and yet it?s still something I can?t beat especially for the price.
