Have to wait about 20 minutes to get my food in the drive-thru. But it was the best damn Whataburger I've had probably in about... 5 years... Remember when you used to order your Whataburger and order extra pickles, or extra tomatoes, or extra onions orwhatever and you would get it and it was heavier because it added extra stuff? And you know now usually get you get yourWhataburger and it's flat? This reminded me of the old days ordered extra pickles and onions and a burger was loaded withpickles and onions just the way I like it. I wish this Whataburger in this crew with relocate to my side of town. Lol. Read more
Everything was very good with the food, better then most whataburger restaurants, though the tea was not very good. I exchanged... it for soft drink but carbonation was off. Staff needs to be more organized in regards to who's order is who's and making sureyou receive your complete order. Read more
This store is not my normal one, but mine is getting remolded so had to go to another one. The girl at the window didn't even... say "hi" or "good morning" just scanned my barcode and was holding my drink like "hello are you going to take your drink?" Isaid sorry for not paying attention, but it didn't phase her. Everyone is usually pretty nice, I guess she was in a bad moodwith the customers. Read more
Slowest spot ever ! They literally looked like they were working in slow motion. It's clean tho ,even behind the registers.... They just slow ! Like literally super clean. There was a guy that walked the interior of the restaurant sanitizingeverything,the entire time I was there . Every single time someone got up ,he was sanitizing! I watched him do that the entiretime I waited, nearly 40 minutes. He didn't miss a beat . The bathroom was super clean as well ! But you finna wait on thatfood !???????????? I was super hyped to go to Texas because of whataburger but it was rather disappointing. Pretty standard fast food
Ordered online,that worked easily. Went to pick up our order, two burgers, one patty melt, two orders of fries, soda and a... milkshake. We asked for a package of creamy pepper sauce and was told it would cost 38 cents. I already paid for the order soI had to go out to my car to get some money. Kind of strange, you can get a bunch of catsup, salt, pepper, coffee creamer,mustard, sugar, plastic ware and napkins for free. But a little package of creamy pepper sauce costs 38 cents. YEA!!! Dining Room OPEN--- Hours 7am - 11pm. The food was Great and the Service was Fast. The Drive-thru is also Open and they... offer Curbside Pick Up. The inside is set to Eat and Enjoy your Delicious Whataburgers. The area is very Clean and Spacious.Social Distancing is no problem. I am so excited to know I can go inside and enjoy a meal. Whataburger at night is horrible. Even though I waited 27 minutes for my food, it was still luke-warm, my fries were half filled... & the tea tasted watered down with a lot of sugar (no originality in any of the drinks). This has happened multiple times whenI'm up late & wanna get a ready made meal. I'm gonna put Whataburger on hold for a long time, maybe until the end of next yearor longer, I'm tired of mediocre food. Read more
