This place has rats. Like the ones that carry the plague and train turtles to be ninjas. The worst thing was when the employee... told the general manager she seemed like it was not a big deal and a common event to see them. Food was mediocre but the onestar is for the rats. Read more

Fast, friendly and the food is great. I'm a huge fan of the spicey ketchup too. I highly recommend to anyone looking for... burgers, fries and shakes. The fact they are open 24 hours for anyone working late or even traveling is perfect. Read more

Food is good. The service is not very good. Then to top it off, the homeless people hanging out at front door and the outside... sitting area. Coffee ses to be something they don't have ready. There is always a 10 minute wait for coffee. Read more

I had heard about Whataburger several times over the years so when I was visiting San Antonio I made it a priority to eat there... at least once. Thr burgers were nice and the fries not bad . The most interesting part was the the guys walking around with thecondiments. When he asked me what I wanted i said i didn't know since I was a visitor from out of state and that I had heardabout them for years. He explained all my choices and i tried the spicy ketchup. That made the fries much better. He came back afew minutes later and gave me one of their paper hats as souvenir. Very nice and Texas friendly. Read more
