Whitest experience waited in the drive thru for 20 mins . They didn?t get my order right cold fries cold onion rings. Asked for... 6 ketchups got 2 paid for grilled onions never got them on my bacon cheeseburger asked for mayonnaise on my chicken sandwichthey didn?t even put that tried calling the location and they wouldn?t answer the cold onion rings taste like old oil nevergoing there again Read more

Worst Drive Thru Experience. We can?t do this , I have to check on that?So you don?t want this and I need to charge you for... that. It was just ridiculous. I?ve never ever on all my 20 plus years spending my money here has one employee have everythingnegative to say and argue about. You guys need to do better and managers need to step up and train these inexperienced staffmembers. Never stopping at this location. Slow service, my food was cold?and not even get any apologies. Horrible service. Will never go there again and will seriously consider avoiding all Whataburgers in the future. Was asked to... pull forward and wait. Waited 25 minutes and still no food for two stupid breakfast burritos. Honked several times and no onecame to check. Finally had to drive off in order to not be late to an appointment. Sent in feedback to the company and nevereven received a response much less an apology and certainly not a refund. Poor customer service from HQ on down. Read more
This is a horrible establishment!!! The staff and customer service are a joke !!! Waiting 20 min in drive thru and nothing, came... inside and same horrible wait !! All the staff just standing around joking and playing !! Manager just sat and watched as peoplewaited forever !! Wouldn?t recommend this place to anyone !!! The food was nicely put together and hot. My fries were fresh & hot. Plus there was no line so no waiting. The young lady that... took my order was very nice and repeated back my order to make sure it was correct. Read more
