We've lived down the street from here for over a decade and this Whataburger used to be pretty awesome. Not so much anymore,... most Notably recent 2 months. Food is now always either missing something or swimming in onions (which we always ask for noneof). Past 2 times we used curbside, it's an easy 30+ minute wait for food. Today I had to get off the car and go check in theorder after 25 minutes of waiting. A man looked through some bags on a shelf. Near the floor, founds our, tossed fries in andhanded it to me and walked off. I checked the burgers and yup, feeling cold. A woman asked if everything was OK and I told herthe food had just been sitting there idk how long but by now it had been 30 minutes. She said well it must have been under awarmer. I pointed where it was and that the food was cold and she said oh we'll remake it. So I sat waiting again, cause atleast if I'm waiting at this point 45+ minutes for 2 burgers and fries I want good hot food. Then, of course, we get home andonions galore, missing cheese, such a frustrating experience. I called and called and no one is picking up. Curbside here is ajoke and if they forget food on random bottom shelves that you have to go in to get yourself, this should be done away with andjust ask you to go through drive thru instead. Idk what changed recently but it's NOT for the better. If you customizeanything, definitely check it before you leave and make sure it's right. Read more
Great burger. The only way to get fresh hot patties is to order a burger with no spice on patties if not you will get old... patties that are dry and barely warm. Fries also, have to order without salt to get them fresh and hot. Actually ate the wholeburger and fries. Clean place Read more

Food was hot and delicious. Ordered the avocado bacon burger on Texas toast. Added the grilled onions and grilled jalapeños... for that extra kick you only get at Whataburger. The restraunt was clean and everything seemed to be in its place. There was anemployee wiping down tables keeping the place clean, doing a great job considering they had a health score of 98. Whaterburger has gone down hill. Service sucks! They took so long to give my gf her change they were walking around with here... food. The kid asked the girl at register who?s it was stated she didn?t know! When my gf finally got her change n number fortable it was her order! While eating our dinner I lost count of how many people were coming in from drive threw missing items orgot their order wrong as our order was missing things we added on our burgers our selfs. We came here on September 17th for dinner. The food was decent, but it took about 30 minutes to get it. They were not too busy,... so it should not have taken that long. Went to the restroom and it was disgusting. They need to check them periodically andkeep them clean. Read more
Can you imagine waiting more than an hour for a burger and they give u the burger cold. Terrible. I?ll never come back to this... Whataburger. They were like having a great time making the costumers wait that long. The burger was totally cold. Don?t come. Imtelling you this like a friend. There?s more Whataburger available.
