What happened?! My family used to enjoy a late-night meal at Whataburger, but recently, the pace and accuracy of the drive-thru... have been unbearable. Tonight will be our last time. I've said this before, if you don't like the slower service, go in and apply for a job and fix it! I've never had a problem,... and the people here (either at 6AM or 6PM) are always so friendly. I'm giving them an "A" for effort. I always get what I orderand they make the best chocolate malts! Read more
OMG...!!!! My first time ordering and eating here, and the person taking care of me and my cousin was outstanding. He took the... time to speak to us about the menu and explained the top choices vs the variations in the menu. Like I never had someoneactually take the time to do this. I was about to be impressed with the speed at which my order came out until I saw how haphazardly my burger was put together... with the cheese hanging out of one side and the patty hanging out of the other. Not a super big deal, but I expect better fromthese guys. A few visits later with okay to awful food, and yeah, this is just a bad location. Read more
Got home and was disappointed and infuriated by the amount of fries that were in my large order. Next time I'm pulling up with... the heat and they better not skimp on fries like theyre coming out of their paychecks. Beyond mad. Read more
It took about 25 or so minutes to have my order out and it wasn?t until I went up to the counter that they had my food. Some... employee strolled out with food and started eating. Terrible customer service. The managers were just sitting around. I willnever go back to this location. Read more
